Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?
We’re sorry to hear this! If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our support team at support@vortexbeam.com. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour of placing your order, we are unable to cancel your order. If a cancellation request is approved, a partial refund will be issued. Refer to the refund section for further details.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact support@vortexbeam.com to initiate a return request.
Note: All return requests must be approved in advance by our support team. Unapproved returns will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Our team reserves the right to decline any return that falls short of meeting our stringent criteria or exhibits damage unrelated to our operations.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item. A valid return tracking code (showing the correct return address) is to be sent to the customer support team in order to proceed with your refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order had free shipping, the deduction will reflect the cost of standard shipping.
Refunds
When your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe. The partial refund may exclude: service fees, shipping and fulfillment costs, or any ancillary charges related to the initial purchase. Partial refunds may apply to both canceled and returned orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note, we have up to 14 days to process your refund from the day your return arrives. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error; Returns initiated beyond the specified timeframe of 14 days; Returns due to a change of mind or without documented evidence of a defect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vortexbeam.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are considered final and are exempt from the possibility of refunds or returns.
Exchanges or Replacements
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For replacements, contact support@vortexbeam.com with details of the issue and evidence such as photos or videos
Orders with Secured Shipping are eligible for a one-time replacement in cases of lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. This offer does not apply if the tracking status indicates “Delivered”, "Unsuccessful delivery Attempt" , "Invalid Address", "Return to Sender".
Standard or Free shipping orders are not eligible for replacements in cases of loss or theft. Please contact the transport courier or local authorities to resolve such issues.
Compliance with Local Laws
We handle refunds and returns in accordance with the local laws applicable to the market where the order was placed. This ensures our practices align with specific regional regulations.
