We ship to most countries globally, opting for affordable shipping prices through priority mail international. Order processing takes 1-2 business days, and delivery can range from 3-20 business days, depending on your location. Please note that we may not process orders or deliver on Sundays, holidays, or during unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure Event), such as weather conditions and strikes affecting our courier partners.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. VortexBeam will process and ship your order to the exact address entered at the time of purchase.Address changes cannot be made after an order is processed. VortexBeam is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the buyer.
All products purchased from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title of such products shall pass to you upon our delivery to the end carriers. We reserve the right to make delivery of the goods in installments. If the goods are to be delivered in installments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if VortexBeam fails to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the installments.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery on the first attempt, VortexBeam may, at its discretion, charge for additional shipping costs on a second attempt. Failure to take delivery may result in charges for the resend request, covering shipping, restocking, service, and repackaging costs. Undelivered packages may be destroyed or lost, and the responsibility lies with the buyer. VortexBeam is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to delivery delays.
In cases where a package is marked as "Return to Sender," it may be returned to the carrier's warehouse rather than VortexBeam. Carriers often do not process these returns, and the package may be lost or destroyed. VortexBeam is not liable for such packages, and refunds or returns will not be issued.
Due to varying international customs processes, we are not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused by third parties or in circumstances that are outside of our control.
For products damaged or lost during shipping, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
VortexBeam is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" to the provided address but later reported as lost or stolen. Buyers are responsible for contacting the transport courier or local authorities to resolve such issues. VortexBeam will not replace or refund orders shipped to the incorrect address or orders marked as delivered. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for providing a valid and accurate shipping address.
We offer Secured Shipping, covering losses, theft, or breakage without requiring reasons. Our Secured Shipping option covers losses, theft, or damage during transit. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit (excluding cases where the tracking status is “Delivered”), you are entitled to one replacement order. This offer does not apply if the tracking status indicates “Delivered”, "Unsuccessful delivery Attempt" , "Invalid Address", "Return to Sender".
Inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues, such as shortages or quality concerns, must be reported to support@vortexbeam.com within 7 days. After this period, you are deemed to have accepted the products as delivered.
