Received a faulty item?

We're sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with our support team here who will get this sorted out for you.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to change your mind after ordering, we only accept cancellation requests after 1 hour of placing the order. When the order was processed and on its way for delivery, we could not accept the cancellation request.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the return/ refund requests to support@vortexbeam.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Our team reserves the right to decline any return that falls short of meeting our stringent criteria or exhibits damage unrelated to our operations.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Instances of returns due to a change of mind or lack of documented evidence for a defect may result in a partial refund.

A valid return tracking code (showing the correct return address) is to be sent to the customer support team in order to proceed with your refund.

Your shipping cost is not refundable. Your refund is deducted from the shipping cost based on which shipping method you use. If your order has free shipping cost, it should use standard shipping. You will be deducted also the cost of standard shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items are considered final and are exempt from the possibility of refunds or returns.

Exchanges or Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective or damaged item and require a replacement, please reach out to us by sending an email to support@vortexbeam.com.

For orders with secured shipping, we offer a one-time arrangement for a replacement order in the case of missing or stolen mail. However, please note that we do not provide refunds for secured shipping orders. If you have chosen standard shipping and are experiencing issues with missing or stolen mail, we recommend contacting the carriers for assistance.

Please be aware that standard shipping is not eligible for a replacement order in the event of missing or stolen mail.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
